A 32 sq.m. room on two communicating floors, for four to five people.
The restored barn has a double bed on the ground floor and single beds on the loft.
Independent entrance and private garden overlooking the sea.
Kitchenette.
The Capanno - Price List per Night
The prepaid payment discount is applied when the customer pays the total amount at least three months before booking.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses and pots and at first arrival oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, still and sparkling water are supplied.
Electric plates.
The bathroom has a big shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary bath products.
Private garden with sea view, equipped with table, chairs and beach umbrella.
Flat screen TV, air conditioning /heating and free wi-fi.
