Take the first street on the right soon after the exit, Via Lagorio, and follow this road as far as you drive over the motorway flyover. Go on, on your right hand you will see a big car park (an arrow indicates the sports ground).
Go on uphill, the road has a right-hand bend and than a bend to the left; halfway of the straight stretch you will see two wooden gates on your left: the address is: Via Postetta 35: here you are!
